About the Provider

Manoj M. Panday, MD, specializes in the medical and interventional management of heart rhythm disorders and has over 15 years of clinical experience. He graduated from the BS/MD Program of the Pennsylvania State University and Jefferson Medical College, then completed a surgical internship at the Albany Medical Center, a medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Panday completed a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

After completion of his training, Dr. Panday served as a faculty member and Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for more than 14 years. In this role, he developed and led the Cardiac Electrophysiology program, performed thousands of interventional procedures, taught medical students, trained numerous residents and cardiology fellows, participated in large clinical trials, and published articles in peer-reviewed journals. He has lectured at local and national meetings on various topics as an expert in his field. Dr. Panday has been on the forefront of new heart rhythm procedures, including subcutaneous defibrillator implantations, percutaneous left atrial appendage closure procedures, and fluoroscopy-free catheter ablations. He has earned a respected reputation for his commitment and dedication to his field and to his patients.
