Dr was courteous about his tardiness but still a whole hour after my appointment; I felt neglected - my heart was crying out - why does this always happen to me! I hadn't seen him in years -

I arrived at 11:15 am for my 12:15 pm appointment doctor didn't see me until 1:15 pm. I'm just saying - I'm important too! My time matters

The doctor was out on an emergency call but front desk staff did not let us know that. We learned that being called back to exam room. It wasn't a big deal.
